Over the last fifteen years a sizeable percentage of our business has concentrated on land which has had prior planning applications refused or developments with complex legal problems such as ownership disputes, restricted covenants, access problems, ground conditions, and local objections. The directors have over thirty years experience in the land development sector and we have progressed land from purchase to planning throughout the United Kingdom from city centers developments to rural village new builds.
